The floor plan
This building has 23- storey with 19-storey as residential purpose and it was just newly furbished in 2016. It has an elevator and 24-hour security surveillance system. There are one apartment on each floor, all come in 329 square feet net area (saleable area) with a lovely balcony overseeing the amazing view of the city and Victoria Harbour (depends on floors).
Furniture and electric appliances are newly bought. Most of the furniture comes from IKEA, including wardrobes, dining table, chairs and shelves. Beds and mattresses are from the famous brand, Seahorse. Broadband internet access offered by HKT is provided in each apartment (fee INCLUDED in the rental) and daily garbage collection service is provided (except for Sundays & Public Holidays) (fee INCLUDED in the rental).
